The dissertation deals with the German law on insider information (now Art. 17: “public disclosure of inside information” MAR (market abuse regulation).
Andreas Zubrod began his professional career in 2001 as a lawyer in a major law firm specializing in capital markets. From 2002 to 2018 he worked for one of the largest German asset managers, from 2011 to 2014 as general counsel for political advocacy, law and compliance, most recently from 2014 as board member for law and finance. From 2019 he was a partner at one of the Big Four companies, where he was responsible for consulting in the asset management sector.
